About the Role

As a Transport Coordinator Intern at SW Logistics, you will support our Transport team in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily delivery operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to logistics coordination and provides a strong foundation for anyone interested in the logistics or supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling deliveries and collections

• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams on delivery arrangements

• Prepare transport documents such as delivery orders and job sheets

• Update and maintain records in transport management systems

• Track and monitor delivery status and ensure timely completion

• Support in handling ad-hoc transport issues and delays

• Communicate with internal teams and customers when required

• Participate in process improvement or cost-efficiency initiatives

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Comfortable with fast-paced, hands-on environments

• Proficient in basic computer systems

• A team player with a willingness to learn
